My name is Kimberley Abraham (Kim for short) and I am the Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach at The Youth Yoga Co.
I live in New Zealand in my home town of Thames, with my husband Gary and daughter Olivia. We enjoy many exciting adventures together. I have a passion for kids’ yoga and family well-being and want to pass on my knowledge to our youth and families. I did my yoga training with Rainbow Kids Yoga, which is an amazing and unique style of yoga, which I love. I am a certified Health and Nutrition Coach, focusing on youth and family well being which I have absolutely fallen in love with and cannot wait to share with you.
After practicing yoga and mindfulness for some time, I have been able to strengthen my mind, body and spirit connection. I could write a book about my personal well being battles. Although it would never be finished, because my wellness journey and yoga practice will never be finished. I will forever continue to learn, grow and share as I go.

Guidelines
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.
Cancellation Policy
This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy :
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
