Gathering of the Heaven Bent Choir Annual Get Together at Mana Retreat Centre. This is a Private Event arranged for Heaven Bent Choir.
Details for your weekend
You are welcome to arrive Friday 28 August after 4 pm – there will be no dinner provided by Mana (we suggest you eat dinner on your way to Coromandel or bring along a cold packed meal that does not require cooking or heating). Penelope will arrange Breakfast for Saturday morning.
Group arrival Saturday 29 August from 10 am – Bring a dish for two shared lunches – vegetarian meals (Saturday and Sunday Lunch).
Mana will provide dinner and dessert for Saturday evening, and Sunday morning Breakfast.
Your Schedule
Friday early arrivals – after 4 pm $35 per person (accommodation only – no dinner).
Saturday Night Dinner and Bfast – $90 per person.
Friday and Saturday combined – $125 per person.
Your weekend of singing will finish with a shared lunch departing by 2 pm.
Mana will provide towels and linen.

Guidelines
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.
Cancellation Policy
This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy :
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
