Explore your Inner Space and join our 3 Day Emersion of Daily Grounding, Hiit Pilates and Yoga.
Daily guided grounding will start with a short walk to watch the sunrise from our elevated meditation spot. We will practice breathwork techniques such as pranayama breathing, as well as goal and intention setting. You’ll learn exercises and tools to help you connect with yourself and turn the gaze inward.
Daily Hiit Pilates
Your daily dose of HIIT Pilates will be guided by Abby. Innerspace believes getting your heart rate up is super important for your overall health. This session will help you release tension, promote all those feel good endorphins and leave you feeling energised, inspired and strong.
Daily Vinyasa Flow guided by Maria will promote internal space in the body and mind. Movement is medicine and this class will leave you feeling connected, grounded and at one with yourself. Stretching and breathing mindfully aids recovery, sleep and mood stability.
You’ll be fueled daily by delicious, freshly prepared, vegetarian meals. Because we believe nourishing the body goes hand in hand with honouring your innerspace.
We will be encouraging time to connect with the present moment. Our retreat is the perfect opportunity to take a technology holiday. Allowing space to connect with ourselves, nature and with those around you.
Mana is set on 360 acres of bush covered land. We will explore the multiple walking tracks and streams daily to fully enjoy and absorb our natural setting.
Meet your Instructors
Abby is a natural creative who is trained in art and graphic design. She later explored her passion for Yoga and Pilates after it being a positive shift in her life path 8 years ago. Abby is trained in HIIT Pilates and shares her love for movement medicine full time as a Instructor at some of Auckland’s best Studios. Yoga has been a compliment to Abby’s wellness and fitness journey, which lead her to complete her 200hr Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India 2019. Abby’s specialty lies in her mindfully created HIIT Pilates classes. Designed to push your inner boundaries and encourage you to connect with yourself whilst working up a sweat. Using the power of music, breath and Tabata style training, you’ll find yourself feeling motivated, energised and empowered after her full body workouts.
Maria originally trained as a professional dancer and has since cultivated experience in a wide range of physical and wellness modalities. She completed her YTT in Byron Bay in 2010 and has always been a passionate advocate of movement and mindfulness both on and off the mat, expanding her repertoire further in Yoga and Pilates over the past 10 years. You can expect a fluid, articulate Vinyasa Flow with a focus on deeper intricacies of alignment and form in Maria’s classes, as well as options to practice at your own level. Maria will support you to move your body with strength, grace and ease in a nurturing environment, integrating breath and asana along with curated playlists to enhance your experience.

We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration, please note our cancellation policy :
- 30 days or more prior to the start of an event, a refund will be made less a $50 administrative fee, and your spot will be offered to someone else.
- 10 – 29 days prior to the start of an event, a refund will be made less a $200 administrative fee. Event bookings less than $200 receive no refund.
- 0-9 days prior to the start of an event, no refund will be made.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
