This weekend we will let the transformative goodness of Open Floor dance, nature and togetherness at beautiful Mana retreat be a salve for the challenges of the past few years.
When we gather to share and move in our vulnerability and in our power we are following a long tradition of women giving and receiving the wisdom and the wonder of life.
We will be cultivating wonder as a nourishing practice that reconnects us with each other and our precious world, often bringing our hearts and souls into alignment with a greater ease and purpose.

Sacha PaddyÂ
When Sacha discovered conscious dance in 2000, she loved the sense of freedom as well as the potential of this practice to be a guiding light through life.
Sacha is a certified teacher of both Open Floor and 5 Rhythms dance and has been teaching classes and workshops since 2008.
She has also been a holistic massage therapist for 20 years and is a certified yoga teacher.
She is endlessly inspired by the simple joy of embodiment and the depth of experience that movement and dance offers us. These practices can be such a profoundly supportive resource in our lives.
She holds a heartfelt, fun, compassionate and welcoming space in which to explore life-themes through your dance and movement.

Guidelines
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.
Cancellation Policy
This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy :
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
