Surrounded by natural beauty\, embrace stillness\, mindfulness\, and the space to reflect\, re-balance\, and re-connect with yourself. \n\nWhats included\nYour retreat includes: \n\nYoga/Meditation (2x daily)\nYogi Talks\nYoga Nidra (guided relaxation)\nTime to rest and connect in nature\nUse of Sauna and Bush Bath\nDelicious vegetarian cuisine (caters for Gluten free\, Dairy free and Vegan)\nArt breaks\nDeaf cultural space\n\n\nIntroducing  \nYour Teacher\nIrene Holub is a Deaf Auslan Art/Yoga Therapist\, NAATI translator\, counsellor\, and artist passionate about creating\, learning\, and sharing yoga and art. She is the founder of Auslansoul\, a Deaf-led wellbeing and counselling service that is culturally inclusive and accessible to the Deaf community. Irene  offers yoga classes in Vinyasa\,  SlowFlow\, Restorative\, and Yin Yoga\, incorporating Pranayama\, Meditation\, and the Eight Limbs of Yoga philosophy. Her classes\, suitable for all levels\, are taught in Auslan and are open to both Deaf and Auslan-learning participants \n\nBookings\nTo register your interest\, please email Irene and she will send you a $500 deposit (non-refundable)\, application form and detailed information about the retreat. \nEarly bird $100 reduced if paid in full before April 30th\, 2025.
