Enjoy both energising and relaxing yoga sessions\, along with breathwork and guided meditation to help you unwind and reset.\nNo experience is necessary; just bring a willingness to move\, breathe\, and be – in rhythm with your body and nature.\nThe programme is simple and is designed to help you feel balanced\, reconnected and centred.\nMany people leave feeling calmer\, lighter and more grounded—and I’d love for you to experience that too.\nEverything is optional and all you need to do is decide the flow of the days that works for you.\nThe classes are for all levels\, people new to retreats and yoga are welcome.
