A beautiful blend of rhythm and rest- a sacred pause to move\, breathe\, connect and renew. \nRhythm & Rest Retreat\nStep away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a nourishing journey of movement and sound. \nThe Rhythm & Rest Retreat is an invitation to reconnect with yourself through the transformative practices of Open Floor Dance\, Sound Journeys\, and Ceremonial Cacao. \nMove freely and authentically as Open Floor Dance guides you back to the wisdom of your moving body. Sink into deep relaxation as healing Sound vibrations wash over you\, creating space for renewal and inner stillness. Gather in the warmth of Ceremonial Cacao\, opening the heart and cultivating presence and intention. \nSet in the wonderful Mana Retreat Centre we will be surrounded by nature\, supported with delicious\, nourishing food\, and held by the beautiful spaces of the Octagon\, Tara Sanctuary\, and this sacred land. \nWhether you are seeking inspiration\, community\, or simply a chance to rest and recharge\, this retreat offers a supportive space for a sacred pause to move\, breathe\, connect and renew. \nWe would love for you to join us for a beautiful blend of Rhythm and Rest. You are welcome to arrive from 2pm onwards\, the first session will start at 4pm. \n\nMeet Your \nTeachers\n  \nPippa Le Lievre  \nI’ve always loved to dance and when I found Conscious Dance\, here at Mana Retreat in 2008\, I knew I had come home!\nIt wasn’t performance.\nIt wasn’t choreography.\nIt was soul.\nThere were no rules\, no judgment—just the joy of being fully in my body.\nOf letting spirit move through me.\nOf remembering who I am.\nThat very first class stirred something deeper:\nA knowing that this was not only for me\, but something I would one day share. \nFast forward to now\, after completing the Open Floor Dance teacher training 10 years ago\, I now share this wonderful practise of Open Floor Conscious Dance at Mana Retreat and other venues around the Coromandel Peninsula. \nwww.pranadance.co.nz\n#pranadance_nz \n  \nNeil Haworth \nNeil is a musician\, luthier and Sound Journey facilitator.\nHe holds Sound Journeys around the Coromandel collaborating in Breathwork and Open Floor Dance classes. He also holds private sessions for individuals and groups. \nPippa and Neil are partners in life\, and in bringing this wonderful blend of Open Floor Dance and Sound Journey together.\nThey love living simply\, surrounded by nature\, the ocean\, their garden and creative pursuits.\nBetween them they have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren who all live close by on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula.
