“ … in order to live optimally healthy, happy lives in alignment with the authentic truth of who we are, we need to trust our bodies to guide us, to signal to us when we are out of alignment with our truth and to teach us how to move, how to love, how to go after what we desire, how to receive, how to live our purpose, and how to connect spiritually.”
— Lissa Rankin, MD. New York Times best-selling author of Mind Over Medicine: Scientific Proof That You Can Heal Yourself
As you step foot in the glorious sanctuary of Mana Retreat Centre, Coromandel, you are surrounded by the nature and spirit of Aotearoa, New Zealand.
Dancing Nia barefoot in community to soul-stirring music at The Octagon, a sense of Joy rises within you! Feasting on freshly-grown vegetarian meals, your eyes drink in the bush tracks, hills and bays tumbling down to Coromandel.
Step in, be moved, be you! We welcome you to join this sacred, transformational weekend. Express your self through Nia’s form and freedom, healing and joy, and other embodied movement practices. Fall in love with movement, and being in your body. No Nia experience required.
You will be held in the loving hands of skilled facilitators Helene Purcell (Queensland) and Stephanie DeMay (Christchurch) ~
