DESCRIPTION:Come along and join Amrit each month for Community Meditation. \nTogether we will practise simple meditation techniques\, supported by yoga asanas (postures)\, pranayama (breathing exercises) and walking meditation\, in the serene environment at Mana. \n5.00pm – 6pm in the octagon\, first Tuesday of each month\n(6th August\, 3rd September\, 1st October\, 5th November\, 3rd December) \nBy Koha. No bookings required.  \nAll are Welcome.
