Our bodies are designed to move and they love to move! Dynamic movement practices such as yoga and 5Rhythms dance involving non-habitual movement, are now known to be especially beneficial for our holistic health.
When we move our body we not only feel physically enlivened, but our moods can lighten and shift, our mind can feel more spacious and we can connect with a sense of our soulful being. The simple act of engaging in conscious movement practices has a profound effect on every aspect of our life and living.
This is the power and wisdom of the moving body.
This weekend, with the guiding lights of 5Rhythms Dance and Yoga, we open doorways to the inherent intelligence of our being and our own transformative potential.
This workshop is accessible to all those with a willingness to move.
First session on Friday 7.30pm (Dinner 6pm)

About Sacha Paddy
Sacha has been teaching 5Rhythms since 2008, and is a certified teacher of both 5Rhythms and Open Floor dance practices. She has also been a Holistic massage therapist for nearly 20 years.
She is endlessly inspired by the simple joy of embodiment and the depth of experience that movement and dance offer us. These practices can be such a profoundly supportive resource in our lives.
She holds a heartfelt, fun, compassionate, and welcoming space in which to explore life-themes through your dance.
About Neal Ghoshal
Neal has been practicing yoga for twenty years and teaching since 2003. He sees yoga as a guide to restoring our place and understanding of who we are and how we can live peacefully, happily, and completely fulfilled.
Neal’s teaching focuses on exploring and refining natural movement and alignment principles — learning to embody these principles in a way that takes our spiritual practice into our everyday lives.
“My aim in teaching is to create a safe and inviting space in which to learn and discover Yoga as a balance between effort and effortlessness, structural alignment and organic fluidity, mindfulness and spontaneity.
Ultimately, the practice of yoga leads us to a place where we may respond to life’s challenges with ease in our breath and body, with wise choices, and with kindness and an open heart.”
He has taught on teacher training programs in Australia and New Zealand, has been senior faculty on Donna Farhi’s Advanced Teacher Training Program, and is a founder member of the Contemporary Yoga Teacher Training Program, based out of Auckland.
Neal is also an experienced Holistic and Thai massage therapist, an accomplished musician and kirtan chant leader, and absolutely loves to dance!
