Premaloka is a Yoga, Meditation, Manifestation Guide, Retreat Leader, Healer and the head teacher at Prema Heart Yoga.  She is also a mother of six, and lives and teaches yoga on Waiheke Island, New Zealand. As well as teaching yoga in New Zealand, Premaloka teaches internationally every year. Prema Heart Yoga is a heart-based yoga community connecting and transforming, with accessible and traditional yoga practices. Premaloka believes yoga is a lifestyle and science, it creates union and harmony in the being, promotes optimal physical and mental health and helps the practitioner to live a life that resonates with love and awareness. Awareness of the impact on the world around them, awareness that life is love. This discovery leads to sustained happiness.

Prema means love and love is at the very center of Yoga... Prema was born out of a desire to bring heart based intuitive and authentic Yoga to as many people as we could.
