What to Bring

In addition to clothing, toiletries and personal belongings, we suggest that you might like to bring a torch, walking shoes and warm socks/slippers for wearing in the Centre.

We have some suggestions that might help you in preparing for quality outdoor time – sunscreen, sun hat, rain coat, umbrella, slip on shoes that make removing shoes to enter buildings all the easier.

A good night’s rest is essential for wellbeing; to support your comfort our beds are made up with fresh linen, soft pillows and towels. Some people find ear plugs helpful in shared rooms. On a crisp cool night you will find additional woolen blankets, a small heater and hot water bottles to aid warmth and for those venturing to the sauna or bush bath extra towels are available.
