Experience Transcendence Through the Practice of Chanting
Deva Premal and Miten are international emissaries of the ancient practice of chanting. And it’s in these modern times of great stress, they say, that we can most benefit from the age old traditions of mantra.
Mantras are a bridge to something that slows us down and puts everything into perspective.
And it’s when we sing communally that the benefits are most enhanced.
If singing helps us to be less serious it means we’ll be more playful with each other, and there’d be less aggression and less violence.
However they say that regardless of the outcome the most important thing is to simply sing and express love.
That’s really the best we can do, if we send out a ripple of love everyday.
