For five delicious days and four nights, we’re returning to one of the most powerful places we’ve ever been — Mana Retreat Centre in the Coromandel.

And this time, we’re going deeper.

And of course….Light Language!

Sammy will bathe the space in her signature blend of sacred sound medicine, while Melly and Sammy bring through the teachings, activations and experiences that are asking to meet this group, at this time.

Because we don’t arrive at Mana with every moment mapped out (despite our best efforts!).

We listen to the land. We listen to the room, to spirit, to you.

To whatever wants to emerge when a group of humans becomes brave enough to step into the unknown together.

And after multiple sold-out Rise Up retreats, we’ve learned something…

Maybe it’s the land, maybe it’s the mountains. Maybe it’s the sanctuary. Maybe it’s the moment you realise there is absolutely nowhere else you need to be.

Or maybe it’s all of it.

Mana has a way of pulling you out of the ordinary and into something else entirely. Long conversations, bare feet, big laughs, unexpected tears. Ridiculously delicious vegetarian and vegan food. Moments of absolute stillness. Moments you couldn’t explain if you tried.

And somewhere amongst it all…you begin to hear yourself again. Then we add Rise Up. The sound, the activations, the healing. The weird and wonderful. The unseen. The people.

And that’s when things get interesting.

One of the greatest things we’ve created through Rise Up was never actually part of the plan.

A tribe.

People arrive at Mana as strangers and somehow leave feeling like they’ve known each other for years. The masks come off, the armour softens, the conversations get real. And you realise just how hungry you’ve been for connection that doesn’t require you to make yourself smaller.

Every retreat attendee is also invited into our free Rise Up WhatsApp community, where the conversations, friendships and beautiful weirdness continue long after everyone drives back down the Mana hill.

Because we’re not just creating retreats anymore, we’re building a community.

Our community kept asking us for more time. This time, you’re getting it! We’ve added an entire extra night, giving us five days and four nights together at Mana. But we’ve decided to keep our Rise Up tuition the same.

You’ll simply cover the additional night of accommodation and meals directly with Mana. And we’ve made the payment structure easier too. You can secure and pay Mana directly for your accommodation and food, while spreading your Rise Up tuition across the months leading up to January.

More time to land, more time to open, more time to integrate, more time together.

Without us adding another night to our tuition.

WE FLY ACROSS THE WORLD FOR THIS.

These days, both of us fly in from overseas to hold our retreats at Mana and we keep doing it for a reason. Because every time we gather there, amazing things happen. People soften, people remember. People finally say the thing they’ve been holding inside. Friendships ignite. Beliefs crack open. There are tears. There is ridiculous laughter. There are moments of profound beauty. There are moments where we all wonder what the hell just happened.

And somehow, every single time…we leave different from how we arrived.

We’re not standing outside of this experience teaching it to you. We’re in it with you.
