Just as we seek shelter from a storm, so too can we seek shelter from adversity, inwardly. This short meditation helps us to harness the breath so that we can still the turbulence of our emotions and be present to the challenges of our lives with ease and calm. You can repeat this meditation as many times as you like, sitting comfortably or lying down.
