When the busy-ness of life takes over and you feel like there is simply not enough time for all of the things you have to attend to, a 10 minute break is the last thing you can imagine fitting in. However, 10 minutes of mindful breathing can reset your energy levels, release tension and create more focus so that you can do the things you need to do effortlessly. Let this guided meditation create the space you need in your day. We suggest repeating this meditation as many times as you like.
