In a world where women often prioritise others’ needs, learning to receive is a radical act of self-care and empowerment. This three-day retreat invites you to explore the delicate balance between giving and receiving and offers resources to help you discover what you want and how to ask for it.
If you are looking for ways to:
- restore a sense of balance and open to more gratitude
- connect to your body’s wisdom and intuition
- deepen your understanding of what you want or need
- say ‘no’ more clearly and compassionately
- pause life, eat delicious food (that you don’t have to cook!), and hang out with some like-minded, like-hearted women

- 3-nights accommodation in the tranquil surroundings of Mana Retreat Centre
- Three delicious vegetarian meals each day and unlimited tea and coffee
- Group sessions to help you open to THE heART of RECEIVING through somatic enquiry, dance, creative art processes, sharing circles, rituals in nature, and more

- A trauma-aware environment facilitated by an experienced and dedicated Holistic Therapist, Embodiment Mentor & Educator

RETREAT PRICING
SLIDING-SCALE PRICES FROM: $560 all-inclusive.
Rebalancing Access –Â For those with more than enough financial resources and a desire to support access for others to help rebalance systemic inequity.
Fair Access –Â For those with sufficient financial resources, who can pay fair value for the experience.
Supported Access –Â For those with limited financial resources who will benefit from access supplemented by the community.
PAY IN INSTALLMENTS:Â This option is available for all bookings made BEFORE 31st DECEMBER. Reserve your rooming option and select bank transfer – reach out to me via email and confirm details for a personalised payment plan. (this option is not available for credit card payments)
Single rooms are available, but limited and are first come first serve. Otherwise rooms are twin share with or without an ensuite and prices reflect this. Prices are ALL INCLUSIVE, meals, accommodation, use of Mana facilities and all group sessions.

Guidelines
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.
Cancellation Policy
This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy::
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations prior to 72 hours before event.
- A $100 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations within 72 hours of event.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
