What to expect
Daily yoga, workshops including breath-work, essential oils, as well as a women’s health workshop run by registered nurse and registered naturopath who has been involved in healthcare for nearly 30 years. Diving into the science to gain a deeper understanding of our hormones, we can release fear and negativity surrounding this life transition.
Together, we’ll learn how to embrace these changes with confidence, balance, and vitality as we step into the next chapter of life.

Twin Share Room & Bath w/ Meals – $600
This booking includes a single bed in a twin share room with shared bathroom facilities, all meals and use of Mana facilities.
Twin or Quad Share Room w/ Ensuite & Meals $650
This booking includes a single bed in a twin or quad share room with ensuite, all meals and use of Mana facilities.
Private Rm w/ Share Bth & Meal $700
This booking includes a private room with access to a shared bathroom, all meals and use of Mana facilities.

My aim is to empower you to bring balance back into your life. As a registered naturopath, I am passionate about getting to the root cause of imbalance and safely guiding you on your path to wellness.

Guidelines
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.
Cancellation Policy
This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy::
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations prior to 72 hours before event.
- A $100 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations within 72 hours of event.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
