- Root of Voice: Dive into the origins of your voice, exploring the intricate threads that weave through generations. From DNA and evolution to personal experiences and ancestral wisdom, discover the resonance of your voice rooted in the tapestry of life.
- Core of Voice: Explore the movement of your voice through the body—its textures, tones, and flavors. Feel the resonance within as you navigate the changing landscapes of your voice, from fullness to emptiness, and understand how it fills you in different moments.
- Revealing of Voice: Express the journey of your soul through your voice. Define how you want to be heard, uncover the messages you carry, and fall in love with the unique sound that is yours alone. Share what you stand for and speak for, as we delve into the art of storytelling, poetry, singing, and writing.
- Vector of Voice: Discover the sense of direction for your voice—a meeting place of spirit and individual expression. Explore the dance of your personal history, ancestry, and unique gifts, giving your voice legs and propulsion. Understand the power in your individual voice and its collective impact, weaving your narrative into the rich tapestry of humanity.
This workshop is designed for women ready to embrace the alchemy of their voice and step into a deeper connection with their authentic selves. No prior experience required—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Jade Ferriere
“Alchemy is happening in every moment, in every decision, we simply have to awaken to it and embodiment is the gateway”
Jade is passionate abotu unearthing the mysteries of the human experience and the intricate dance of living as Souls in a human body. Her work as a Holistic Therapist, current training to become an Open Floor Teacher, and devotion to cultivating a relationship with the sacred, has woven together an artful approach to embodied facilitation. One that cultivates a safe, trauma informed space for self-exploration.
Lisa Corsten-Blanche
Lisa, a dedicated artist and certified Open Floor teacher, integrates her passion for art and dance. With 25 years of dancing and a lifelong commitment to artistic expression, she weaves her passions into a tapestry of self-discovery.
For Lisa, Open Floor is a practice of movement as medicine, a dance of embodiment providing a resource-filled path to feeling at home within her own skin and connecting with her unique voice. Lisa perceives her dance and artistic practices as breath—invigorating, enriching, and boundary-pushing. These pursuits serve as a source of sustenance, belonging, and a means to explore oneself deeply.
Her work is in honor of the line of one hundred thousand grandmothers that spans out behind her and all women seeking a way to articulate their truth.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.

This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.

- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
