During this retreat, we aim to awaken the potential in your brain. Among the functions of our brain lies the bright consciousness, bright consciousness is the ability to feel and regulate everything, to awaken your consciousness. By restoring this sensation, you can liberate yourself from physical tension and pain, regulate your identified emotions, heal much of the known and unknown information within you, and meet the true self within, we can further cultivate our true selves. We invite you to a brain training practice that can make you a true healer.

What to expect:
During this retreat, we will explore ways to activate the brain and discover your natural healing power through training your brain. Exercises are easy to do and no experience is needed, these will include:

- Qigong

- Breathing
- Meditation

We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.

This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy :
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
