Are you looking for an affordable getaway to unwind from the pace of life? Catch your breath at a Mana Relaxation Weekend, where you can experience recreation in a way that supports your wellness and well-being. An opportunity to rest and replenish with an optional daily schedule designed to cultivate relaxation.
This was my first ever retreat and Mana provided the perfect programme with their Spring Relax and Wellness Retreat. The emphasis was on relax with gentle sessions of yoga and Qi gong, plenty of time for bush walks, reading, sauna and meeting other participants and fantastic meals. I was also very glad to have booked a massage. You are made to feel very welcome and nurtured. I would strongly recommend this to anyone unsure if a retreat will push them out of their comfort zone – it is a very non-threatening and relaxed place to be with the emphasis on you as an individual not on a specific ideology. – Relax and Wellness Participant

Guidelines
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.
Cancellation Policy
This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy :
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
