Track 10: Letting Go of the Day
It is easy for our minds to dwell in the past as we think about the day that we have had, the things that we did well and more often the things that we didn’t. This 10 minute meditation will help to process and let go of the day with gentleness and kindness – to bring us into the present moment where peace and stillness reside. We suggest repeating this meditation as many times as you like.
