I received intuitive guidance since early childhood and understood a decade later how special this relationship had become. The old arts and wisdom seekers soothed my craving to understand struggle, depression, healing and well-being.

StellaYoga roots in my grandfather's wizardry and my mother's interest in ancient medicine. I spent a decade in Marketing Workaholicism, another decade studying Intercultural Education and Motherhood.

For 23 years I explored Philosophy, Buddhism, Reflexology, Qi Gong, Shiatsu, Somatic Psychology & Reiki to inspire Yoga and Healing Treatments.

​StellaYoga blends ancient technologies and practices into a grounding healing practice of Somatic Yin Yoga. Weekly sessions and personal treatments are available from the Treehouse, a retreat space to reset, resource and refocus on the life you want.
