Open yourself to a gentle practice of body awareness, where affection and an open heart can inspire wellness. This 10 minute meditation can be done sitting comfortably or lying down, systematically guiding you into and around your body with spaciousness and time to listen. We suggest repeating this meditation as many times as you like. Each time it will deepen your relationship with wellness and your state of being.
