Sun & Moon Retreat
Kia Ora / Namaste – Welcome, I have curated the next few days to the Moon and Sun, on January 13th we get to experience the Full Moon together discovering the abundance and fullness of the last few weeks, and allowing the release as the Full moon goes into its waning phase. On January 14th – a beautiful day with the Sun in where we will Journey into the Qualities of the Sun. Auspicious Day. I Invite yourself to rest and discover whatever arises as we journey through this together.
Retreat Schedule
January 13:
Arrive at 2:00pm
Free Time until 4:00pm
4.00pm – Welcome circle and set intentions for the two days.
Yoga – 45min Moon Salutations / Breathwork
6:00pm onwards: Dinner – not a group dinner
7.30pm – Jyotish Astrology (sidereal) talk – speaking to the full Moon placement of the sign it is in and the Lunar Mansion it resides in tonight.
Evening Full Moon Meditation.
January 14:
Sun ☀️ – Today we work with Surya (Sun)
6:30am – 6:45am: Meditation then short break – depending on sunrise we will meet.
6.45 am – 7.45am: Sun Salutations/ breathwork /
8:00am: Breakfast
9:30am-11:30am: Workshop – TBD
Open – Q&A
12:00pm: Lunch
Free Time after lunch – you may go to 2pm. Today is an auspicious day walk the labyrinth with an intention or take one of the mapped walks – optional .
4:30pm – 5:30pm: Yin Yoga practice
6:00pm: Group Dinner
7:30pm: Moon Meditation – optional
January 15:
6:30am – 6:45am: Meditation then short break
7:00am – 6:45am: Yoga
8:00 am: Breakfast
9:30am-11:30 am – Workshop TBD
12:00pm: Lunch
· Please note if you are not staying for the second retreat that your belongings must be out of your room by 9:30am for cleaning purposes. These guests will leave Mana after lunch that day.

Guidelines
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.
Cancellation Policy
This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy :
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
