Having spent decades in the corporate world, I understand how stress impacts us and the benefits of yoga, meditation and breathwork to create a balanced life.

I also understand how hard it is sometimes to switch off and just “be”, and my retreats are designed to help you do that, in a relaxed, inclusive and positive way.

I believe that Yoga is all about connection, to oneself and to others. Yoga has always uplifted me and enabled me to thrive and become more in flow with life, able to meet its challenges with greater ease.

I am a 500Hr RYT certified yoga teacher, the style I primarily teach is Vinyasa Flow, which connects breath with movement to calm the nervous system, create body awareness and improve energy flow.

I love teaching yoga and have expanded this to creating wellbeing retreats in epic locations that are intended to help you ‘disconnect to reconnect’ with Nature, yourselves and each other.

To describe my teaching style, I would say I am inclusive, open, and perceptive – I want people to feel relaxed and comfortable, whatever their level of experience and enjoy themselves, whether this is their first retreat or one of many.

Guidelines

Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.

We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.

Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.

Mana Retreat Centre acts as agent for independent teachers. Teaching services are supplied by the teacher, while Mana provides accommodation and meals.

Cancellation Policy

This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.

Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy::

  • A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations prior to 72 hours before event.
  • A $100 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations within 72 hours of event.
  • A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
  • These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
