The focus of the weekend is connection: exploring wellbeing practices that allow you to connect to yourself, each other and Nature away from your busy life so you can feel grounded, nurtured and centred.
It’s a weekend for you to explore yoga and meditation practices through daily guided meditations and Yin and Vinyasa Flow.  Being at Mana means you are immersed in Nature,  and we will explore how Nature nurtures us and how important it is to connect with Nature to achieve harmony, as well as how we can do this.
Everything is optional and all you need to do is decide the flow of the days that will help you relax, recharge and reconnect.
You can also book a massage directly with Mana Retreat Centre with one of their therapists (additional charges apply). They get booked up fast so please contact them early!

FRIDAY
Retreat commencement 1pm with Lunch
Please arrive prior so you can check in without a rush. – You are welcome to arrive after 11am
Welcome and Yin/Yang Flow 3.30-5.00pm
A mellow flow with yin and yang elements to help you arrive.
Opening Circle 5.00-5.30pm
Dinner 6.30pm
SATURDAY
An introduction to Pranayama ( breathwork) and a guided meditation 7.45-8.15am
Breakfast 8.30am
Vinyasa Flow yoga practice 9.30-11am
Free time
Lunch 1.00pm
In the afternoon – a reconnect with Nature with a forest bathing walk – a short talk to share the understanding the Japanese art of forest bathing – a great way to disconnect from technology and active thought and reconnect with nature. Then time to make your own exploration in the grounds at Mana.
Dinner 6.00pm
Yin/relaxing yoga practice 7.30-8.30pm
SUNDAY
Pranayama ( breathwork) and a guided meditation 7.45-8.15am

The Teaching Team
Jo Monaghan Having spent decades in the corporate world, I understand how stress impacts us and the benefits of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to create a balanced life. I believe that Yoga is all about connection, to oneself, and to others. Yoga, for me, has always uplifted me and enabled me to thrive and become more in flow with life, able to meet its challenges with greater ease. I am a 500Hr RYT certified yoga teacher, having trained with Blissologist founder Eoin Finn in Bali and Canada from 2017-2019. The style I teach is Vinyasa Flow, which connects breath with movement to calm the nervous system, create body awareness, and improve energy flow. Founded by yogi, surfer and Blissologist Eoin Finn in 1999, Blissology is a yoga system that explores strategies for bringing more joy, awe, love, and bliss into our lives by connecting to ourselves, our community and Nature.

Guidelines
Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Cancellation Policy
This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration, please note our cancellation policy :
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
