Qi Gong Winter Warmer with Hedwig Bakker
June 9 @ 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm$35
Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) is the art of working with your internal energy to improve your state of being. It is about learning nourishing practices for personal empowerment and wellbeing: cultivating the energy that you want in any given moment or situation.
The winter season is the time of year where we are more prone to colds, flu and so on. Also, there is less daylight and sunshine and as a result we might have less energy and vitality.
During this workshop we will practice breathing exercises, gentle movement, standing postures, and short meditations to strengthen our immune system plus we will elevate our energy and uplift our mood so that we feel more energetic, vibrant and alive.
Qi Gong is easy to learn, for people of all ages, and enjoyable to do. The movements are slow, flowing, rhythmic, accessible and practical. Even after a short amount of practice, you can already feel the benefits.
