Join Sacha Paddy for a weekend of Open Floor Dance, movement meditation, guided nature time, creativity and sharing in community of women. What a beautiful way to tend the flame of our humanness – the growing, changing, messy delight of it all!

What to Expect:
During this workshop we will dance, move, share and create at stunning Mana Retreat. The workshop is open to women curious about dance as a practice for living well. No prior experience is necessary. Open Floor dance is a dynamic embodiment practice, both deep and light, fun and connecting, that helps us move well on every level – in body, heart, mind and soul. So that when life moves us, big or small, we can respond creatively and wholeheartedly.
Arrive from 4pm Friday for a 6pm Start.
Finish at 2pm Sunday
Meet Your Teacher
Sacha Paddy has been teaching conscious dance for over 15 years and is a certified teacher of both open floor and 5 rhythms dance practices. She holds a heartfelt compassionate, fun, and welcoming space in which to explore life-themes through your dance and movement.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer using our secure POLi payment gateway.
We draw special attention to two of our guidelines before registration: Mana provides lacto-ovo vegetarian food only, this means no fish or chicken and is an alcohol and drug free environment.
Mana caters for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.

This group requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead, if that number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Should you, for any reason, decide to cancel your registration; please note our cancellation policy :
- A $50 administrative fee is applied to all cancellations.
- A Tuition cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
- These policies are reassessed in certain circumstances.
